It’s All In Your Mind! You Just Have To Bring It Out!

In simple terms, I want you to step into your flow, find your rhythm and connect to your inner energy source.

Manifesting is the conscious effort of bringing your desires to reality via thought, positive energy, and a sincere belief that you will receive what your heart desires.

I am a  huge believer of manifesting. Why?  Because I have seen the power positive thought and energy can have in my life and many other top female executives and women in business.

I can say with absolute certainty that nothing truly positive and transforming has ever come to me during times when I have struggled with my energy, thoughts or sense of self. In fact, all of my big breaks that have occured in both my life and career have come to me when my energy, presence, confidence and mindset have all been in positive alignment! 

Acknowledging this internal power has given me access to a higher level of consciousness and acceptance that if you channel your energy and can ride the wave of positivity and alignment in all aspects of your life and career, you will have more choices and attract greater opportunity.    

When you align your thoughts and beliefs with the energy you send out, you send a powerful message to the universe that you are ready to receive!  

Believe You Already Have What You Need.  You Are Right Where You Need To Be!

I had an executive coaching client come to me for mentoring, wanting answers to why she always seemed to get overlooked for promotions, pay rises and leadership opportunities.  

She was a very hard-working, competent and experienced professional in her field, yet she was not attracting the career or life opportunities she desired.  She felt it was so unfair.  Her confidence was shot, her energy operated on low frequency, and she was not happy or fulfilled.

So I asked her.  “How can you shift your focus from what you’re missing out on (or lacking) in your life and career to how you can start to positively attract what you want?

After acknowledging her look of confusion, I continued…

“Answering this question is the most important step to creating your own abundance and attracting the life  and success you want.”

Why?  

Because you are right where you need to be and have everything you need to be, the leader of choice in your industry is right inside you!   When you live in positive alignment with your values, beliefs, thoughts, energy and feelings, something magical happens: You permit yourself to THRIVE.  Your power will shift. The energy (and vibe) you project, your brand presence and leadership performance will become your greatest asset.

Think of the times you have felt a deep sense of joy and happiness.  When everything in the universe just seems to be perfect in that moment, and it lights you up.  It doesn’t have to be a momentous occasion; it can happen in an instant and be a minor thing.

Shift your focus from the struggle and guide your thoughts and energy towards what lights you up. Believe in yourself and allow your energy to be the object of your focus.

Instead of saying “I wish I had,” say “I’m going to achieve.  ”  Shift from a place of fear to a place of hope!  When you live and lead from a place of abundance, a shift will occur, and you will better Be Seen, Be Heard and Be Noticed in ways you never thought possible!  And the universe will listen to you too!

It still amazes me how many female executives and entrepreneurs have yet to tap into the magic and power of the law of attraction!
