WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Unlocking my “WHY’ was one of the most significant breakthroughs I made through coaching with Suzie.
Coaching with Suzie empowered me to accept who I am! My brand coaching unmasked areas in my life and career that was hidden inside me, helping me unlock the power of my own story to shape thoughts and help me deeply connect to my ‘Why”.
I started coaching with Suzie to learn about how to brand myself while I was still in my corporate career.
I intended to start my business in 6-12mths. But, two months into my coaching experience, I decided to leave my job and start my own business!
I was learning to love me, have confidence in who I am and what I am here to do.
SHAPING MY NEW WORLD
As I began to shape my brand, I discovered a whole new way of looking at my world. I became clear about who I am, what I represent and what I believe.
I realised that to make real change.
I needed to act.
After speaking to my husband and kids about what I wanted, their support and confidence in my vision empowered me to take the steps I needed to live and lead the life and career I desired.

It is so important to understand your values, passion, and purpose to live with intent.
I will always have moments of doubt or lack of confidence, but now I understand it is about determining whether it’s fact or fiction and not being afraid to explore.
LAUNCHING MY NEW BRAND AND BUSINESS
Launching my new brand and business was a whirlwind! I was thrust into a world of uncertainty and on my own, without the backing of a corporate organisation for the first time in my career.
It was time to back myself 100%.
To trust myself and the process. I was using parts of my brain that had been asleep for a long time. It was invigorating, scary, exciting, and fun!
I started to see the world differently. I was writing the narrative to my own story.
I have a newfound confidence in ‘me’! I trust my intuition more, and I am not afraid to voice. And… I decide what I want to be part of and what I do not.
NOW I’M ON A MISSION!
When I started FemeTech, it was about building the leadership capabilities of women in technology.
Since then, I have evolved. Now my mission is not just about leadership; it is about helping those lacking confidence or don’t have a voice or looking for that next challenge.
To build the self-love and acceptance in themselves that I have found to make a significant change.
