Nobody really wakes up in the morning and says “I want to DISRUPT my life!” But, most people DO want to avoid going through their day feeling invisible, undervalued and insecure about their future.

So here’s the truth.

Making conscious decisions to disrupt your life and your patterns of behaviour, can be a brilliant way to reboot your thinking, break old habits and kick-start your path to success.

You will start to see your world in a different light.

Notice things that you would normally ignore.

Embrace the things that really matter to you.

Test your passions and elevate your thought.

Help you find inner strength you didn’t know you had.

And, give you back control of your life.

It feels amazing!

    1. Take on a new challenge.  Opportunities are made.  Life is about doing, being and participating.  Taking on a new challenge, either physically or mentally, gives you an elevation of thought, increases your self-awareness and effectiveness. And, help you to regain confidence.
    1. Change your routine.  Do you ever feel like your day-to-day life has become like a scene out of “Ground Hog Day?”  Do you feel as if you are stuck in a rut, and don’t have what it takes to make changes in your life?  Repeating an action, over and over again, whether it be positive or negative, leads to the formation of a habit.  We are a collection of our habits and “we are what we repeatedly do”.  So, changing your day-to-day routine will help you to start the process of change. You will start to feel more empowered, confident and courageous.

Think of walking in soft snow. If you walk the same path over and over again, your feet will sink deeply into the snow.  Your path will be clearly defined.  Your feet will be entrenched, and you will need to use a lot of strength to remove them. You are literally “stuck in a rut”.

    1. Make a plan for success.  Ever wondered why opportunities are passing you by?  Do you want to take control of your life but have no idea how? Do you have a fear of failing?  Formulating a plan for your success will help you regain control of your life.  Success is about vision, discipline and self-mastery.  Once you identify what your vision is, make a plan on how to achieve it and stick to it.Make sure you do at least one thing every day that will help your vision turn into your reality. You will generate momentum.  Overcome your fear of failure. And, restore your faith that you can “be what ever you want to be!”
